The Solaris Gift Card is a gift card that can be used once or several times up to the limit of the amount available on the Solaris Gift Card, in SOLARIS network stores in same country (not including department stores and the Internet web site www.solaris-sunglass.com). The Solaris Gift Card is available from all Solaris stores (not including department stores and the Internet web site www.solaris-sunglass.com).

The Solaris Gift Card can be given as a gift to a third-party beneficiary. The purchaser Customer must however produce a copy of his/her national ID card when purchasing the Solaris Gift Card.

The Customer can allocate the sum of his/her choice to the Solaris Gift Card with a minimum of 15 (fifteen) euros, up to a maximum limit of 500 (five hundred) euros. The Solaris Gift Card has no value until activated at the cash desk.

To use the Solaris Gift Card, the Customer must present the Solaris Gift Card at the cash desk when paying for items and the amount of his or her purchases will be directly deducted from the Solaris Gift Card. If the Solaris Gift Card balance is below the amount of the purchase the Customer wishes to make, the latter may complete payment by any other means of payment accepted in the store. If the Customer does not use the full amount of the balance on the Solaris Gift Card, he/she cannot claim a reimbursement or cash back but should use the Solaris Gift Card for another purchase in SOLARIS network stores in same country (not including department stores and the Internet web site www.solaris-sunglass.com) within a timeframe of two years from the date of activation of the Solaris Gift Card.

The Solaris Gift Card is valid for 2 (two) years from the time of activation. The Solaris Gift Card does not have any cash value, the value recorded on the Solaris Gift Card cannot, under any circumstances, give rise to reimbursement, partial or otherwise, in any form whatsoever, notably on expiry of the validity date, that is to say two years after activation.
The Solaris Gift Card balance can be consulted with the Solaris Gift Card at the reception desk of a SOLARIS network store in same country (not including department stores or the Internet site www.solaris-sunglass.com)

Should the Customer wish to exchange one or more of the products purchased from Solaris stores, partially or totally paid for with a Solaris Gift Card, he/she can request replacement with one or more products of the same value or request a credit note to be applied against a future purchase if the product(s) are no longer available. The same applies to any reimbursement of a purchase made with the Solaris Gift Card, irrespective of the reason.

Solaris declines any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Solaris Gift Cards. In fact, Solaris is not liable for the theft, loss or damage occurring to Solaris Gift Cards, the holder or beneficiary being solely responsible for keeping and protecting the card and its use.
If the Solaris Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged, it will be neither reimbursed nor replaced. The same applies to the unused balance of the Solaris Gift Card on expiry of the validity date of the Solaris Gift Card. Stop payment cannot be applied to a Solaris Gift Card.

Solaris reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of the Solaris Gift Card without notice.
