Your training path
On arrival, Solaris associates undergo integration training notably by an internal store mentoring system. This induction process ensures that all new associates slot into their first jobs at Solaris.A training path is proposed to every associate, backed by an individual training passport. This path consists of professional training to learn the basics of selling and training in brand products. Management training is also provided for managers.
Your career
We fundamentally believe in the value of our teams. This is why we give priority to internal promotion to allow the talented people we hire to progress. Most of our store managers and assistant managers joined Solaris as junior sales assistants.
