What is the delivery period?

To Metropolitan France

Any order placed on Solaris-Sunglass.com before 11 a.m. ** will be delivered within 72 hours if you choose the option Standard COLISSIMO, within 48 hours if you opt for Express COLISSIMO, from the date of shipment of the order (24h or 7 days depending on the product chosen).
Any order placed after 11 a.m. **, the delivery period will be counted from the next day, subject to the shipment period of the chosen product (24h or 7 days).

To the French overseas departments (Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Reunion)

Any order placed on Solaris-Sunglass.com before 11 a.m. ** will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days under Standard COLISSIMO option from the date of shipment of the order (24 h or 7 days depending on the product chosen).
For all orders placed after 11 a.m. **, the delivery period will be counted from the next day, subject to the shipment period of the chosen product (24h or 7 days).

To the French overseas Territories (Mayotte, New Caledonia, French Polynesia, San Marino, Saint Barthélemy, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Wallis and Futuna)

Any order placed on Solaris-Sunglass.com before 11 a.m. ** will be delivered within 3 business days by CHRONOPOST from the date of shipment of the order (24 h or 7 days depending on the product chosen).
For all orders placed after 11 a.m. **, the delivery period will be counted from the next day, subject to the shipment period of the product chosen (24h or 7 days).

To the United Kingdom, Spain, Portugal and Italy

Any order placed on Solaris-Sunglass.com before 11 a.m. ** will be delivered between 48 hours and 72 hours via GLS option, from the date of shipment of the order (24h or 7 days depending on the product chosen).
Any order placed after 11 a.m. **, the delivery period will be counted from the next day, subject to the shipment period of the chosen product (24h or 7 days).


The parcels will be sent by our logistic centre from Monday to Friday, except on a public holiday.

3.Free and simple return

What can I do if I do not like the glasses?

Once you have received your parcel, you have 30 days for changing your mind. All you have to do it to return the product in a perfect condition in its initial packing.

In order to provide the best services to its customers, Solaris takes in charge of the first return from Metropolitan France. For this, contact the Customer Relations Department who will send you a return form and a transporter's label.

As per the General Conditions of Sale, the products must be returned in their original packing (or, in its absence, protected by a foam in a RIGID carton), in a perfect state, accompanied with all the accessories and notices, if any, and the return form duly filled in.

Incomplete, damaged, used or spoilt items cannot be taken back.
